Authorized use
Use is private and limited to owners and staff authorized by the business. There is no public signup. Accounts are connected only by their own owners, or by people authorized to connect them.
Scope of access
- The venue reply helper uses gmail.readonly and gmail.compose and creates unsent drafts only. It has no send operation.
- Other Google Workspace CLI operations use only the scopes the account owner authorizes.
Human review
Drafts are generated with the help of Anthropic Claude. A person reviews each draft and decides whether to send it.
Revocation
Account owners can revoke Google access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/connections.
